You got to set yourself a goal in order to have achievements to it. So, here are my goals on my Project 5.0 for the next three months starting today (12th July 2011):
- Losing a total of 5Kg between me and my existing bike – So, either I will lose it from my very own body fat or cash injection to the bike to trim down its weight. I am sure I will be happy with both of the methods;
- Increase my average riding speed by 5Km/hr on a coastal round – that would mean a lot of training and hopefully it can help me lose a bit of weight as well; and
- Hitting a total mileage of 3,000 Km (why not 5,000Km) within the period – that makes around 250Km per week.
What do I get if I can reach the above goals? I guess I can become a better rider, having better healthy and I WILL get myself a nice set of carbon deep profile rim.
So, lets get it started.
